Founded in 2015, Premier Property Solutions provides professional property management services in Winnipeg. We manage over 1000 residential and more than 25 commercial properties, focusing on transparency and efficiency. Our services range from strategic marketing, detailed reporting, and tenant selection to maintenance and full compliance with Manitoba's Residential Tenancies Branch (RTB) regulations.

CEO and Property Manager

COO and Maintenance Department Head
Sherry Sherrington is key to the daily operations both at Premier and the properties we manage. From scheduling fire and safety inspections to dealing with the concerns of residents, Sherry and her team have it covered. Her professionalism and no-nonsense approach to issues mean that the concerns of our clients are always her number one focus.
CFO and Accounting Department Head
Kim Regan oversees all things number-related at Premier. Her attention to detail and exceptional work ethic allows us to provide clients with a detailed and accurate accounting of all income and expenses related to their properties. Her positive attitude and sense of humour make her a beloved member of the Premier team.
Leasing Department Head
Dan Priestley is 100% committed to keeping our vacancy rate as low as possible. His office has four wheels and a cell phone. He is constantly on the phone or posting reels to social media of our available units.
